McDonald\u2019s<\/strong> es la cadena de comida r\u00e1pida m\u00e1s popular en todo el mundo, habiendo sido una inspiraci\u00f3n para muchos en el \u00e1mbito de la restauraci\u00f3n. Por ello, acomp\u00e1\u00f1anos a descubrir la historia de McDonald\u2019s y su \u00e9xito con los regalos del Happy Meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size:18px\"><b><span style=\"color:white; background-color:#0658F1\">&nbsp;\u00b7&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;Breve historia de McDonald&#8217;s<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Todo comienza con <a href=\"https:\/\/www.mcdonalds.com\/us\/es-us\/about-us\/our-history.html\">Ray Kroc<\/a>, quien vend\u00eda m\u00e1quinas para milkshakes a un peque\u00f1o restaurante. Este estaba ubicado en San Bernardino, California, y era uno de sus mejores clientes. Un d\u00eda, mientras visitaba este peque\u00f1o establecimiento, conoci\u00f3 a los <strong>hermanos Dick y Mac McDonald<\/strong> y qued\u00f3 sorprendido por la eficiencia con la que trabajaban. Contaban con un <strong>men\u00fa sencillo: hamburguesa, patatas fritas y bebidas<\/strong>, lo cual les permiti\u00f3 enfocarse en la calidad del producto y la eficiencia a la hora de servir los alimentos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kroc, un visionario, vio all\u00ed una excelente oportunidad de negocio y sugiri\u00f3 a los dos hermanos abrir franquicias de la marca en todo el pa\u00eds. Despu\u00e9s de varias dudas por parte de Dick y Mac finalmente Ray pas\u00f3 a formar parte del equipo y en 1955 se fundar\u00eda McDonald\u2019s System Inc. Seis a\u00f1os m\u00e1s tarde, comprar\u00eda los derechos exclusivos del nombre de McDonald\u2019s y aqu\u00ed es donde empez\u00f3 todo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>En esta cadena se vive de acuerdo con sus principios (QSL&amp;V), es decir, calidad, servicio, limpieza y valor en sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s. La idea es servir a los consumidores con un \u00fanico objetivo: su completa satisfacci\u00f3n.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size:18px\"><b><span style=\"color:white; background-color:#0658F1\">&nbsp;\u00b7&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;Llegada a Espa\u00f1a<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Mcdonald\u2019s <strong>aterriz\u00f3 en Espa\u00f1a el 9 de marzo de 1981<\/strong>, inaugurando su primer restaurante en la Gran V\u00eda madrile\u00f1a. En 1985 ser\u00eda cuando se unir\u00eda el primer franquiciado, contando con unos 125 socios que son fundamentales para desarrollar el negocio en la pen\u00ednsula.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Adem\u00e1s, <a href=\"https:\/\/mcdonalds.es\/empresa\/sala-de-prensa\/mcdonalds-espana-la-empresa-mas-responsable-del-sector-de-la-restauracion\">seg\u00fan indican en su p\u00e1gina web<\/a>, el 70% de los ingredientes procede de proveedores locales o son de empresas con sede en nuestro pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>El primer eslogan de la marca fue \u201cNos vemos en McDonald\u2019s\u201d y, desde entonces, no han dejado de innovar tanto a nivel alimentario como de los propios establecimientos. Asimismo, una de sus grandes implementaciones ha sido el reparto a domicilio, demandado desde la irrupci\u00f3n de los servicios de entrega de comida.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Igualmente, <strong>una de las referencias de la compa\u00f1\u00eda<\/strong> es, sin duda, el <strong>merchandising que regala<\/strong> con uno de sus productos estrella: el Happy Meal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 style=\"font-size:18px\"><b><span style=\"color:white; background-color:#0658F1\">&nbsp;\u00b7&nbsp;<\/span>&nbsp;El triunfo del merchandising<\/b><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u00bfA qui\u00e9n no le gusta ser sorprendido con un regalo? Cuando recibimos algo de alguien de manera inesperada supone una alegr\u00eda y recordaremos ese momento durante mucho tiempo. El momento en el cual se abre para descubrir qu\u00e9 juguete ha tocado puede ser m\u00e1gico para el ni\u00f1o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Entre las diversas posibilidades que acompa\u00f1an al men\u00fa infantil de la cadena de comida r\u00e1pida podemos encontrar figuras de protagonistas de pel\u00edculas, peque\u00f1os juegos, laberintos para resolver\u2026 A ellos les encanta y a los adultos les gusta ver que sus hijos se lo pasan bien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Estas <strong>campa\u00f1as con juguetes<\/strong> son muy importantes para la marca ya que acaban siendo un nexo de <strong>uni\u00f3n entre empresa y consumidor<\/strong> y refuerzan la proximidad con el cliente.
